The Riz Ranch
This Duck and Goose Hunting Ranch is located in the flyway between the Sacramento National Wildlife Refuge on the West and Llanco Seco-Howard Slough on the East. Located near the Sacramento River, this ranch provides consistent waterfowl hunting throughout the season. You'll find seven 4-man blinds spread out over 600 hundred acres of flooded rice fields with about 85 acres around each blind.
Water is provided by the irrigation district and a back up water supply is available from the diesel powered pumps located on the property. There is plenty of space for trailer parking on the old air strip but no power or water is available. Shoot 7 days a week and pheasant hunting during the general season is permitted.
